For children ages 5-12 years. Starting off the day at 9AM with some colouring, scratch art and Play-Doh, followed by a 45 minute CrossFit kids session. We will then have a break with snacks provided by us, including fruit, biscuits and juice.
Then it’s time for a RAW Kids gymnastics free play session with an obstacle course, followed by board games and crafts. Bring your own lunch for the lunch break and finishing off with boardgames and crafts again. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing in order to take part in the activity sessions.
